Site-City allows you to register and create your own website by 
uploading pictures and typing in text. You can use our online 
tools to make changes to your website whenever you want.

You must be at 13 years of age or older in order to join Site-city.net

Your website is free because Site-City will be supported by adds.
We will try to keep the adds so small as to not interfere with your
website content.

Site City has the right to modify, suspend or terminate access to Site-City.net 
at any time for any or no reason without notice. In certain situations, we
may also require you to change your login username and/or password.

You may not place any of the following material on your website:


	
Any text or pictures that threaten, bully or humiliate any other person.
	
Any text or pictures that promote or depict racism, bigotry or hatred toward any 
	    individual or group.
	
Any text or pictures that depict violence against people or property
	
Any text or pictures that could violate the ownership rights of other people or 
			companies, including trademarks and copyrights.

					
If you violate any of the above Site-City reserves the right to cancel your website.
					
If anyone brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against Site-City
based on content you post on Site-City, you agree to compensate Site-City
including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all
losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorneys' fees,
incurred by Site-City in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or
proceeding.		



Warranty. Disclaimer. Limitation of Liability.
You, the Member, acknowledge that use of Site-City services is at your
sole risk. The Site-City services is not warranted to be error free or
uninterrupted, and there is no warranty as to the results obtained
through use of Site-City services. The Site-City services is made available
on an AS IS basis. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR USE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. Neither Site-City nor anyone
else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site-City services,
will be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential
damages arising out of agreement to these Terms. In no event will the
liability of Site-City for any breach of these Terms exceed the total
charges incurred by a Member in the month preceding the date the claim
for breach arose. The provisions of this section will survive
termination of the agreement to these Terms.
